Tatiana Tolentino

Tatiana Tolentino has over 20 years of experience in the association industry working in various departments, from member services to marketing, program development and conference logistics & planning.

Most recently she held title of Senior Manager, Conference Development at the American Council of Life Insurers. During her 12 years there, she led the strategy, execution and program development of meetings and conferences, both in-person and virtual. Prior to ACLI, she was Founder and President of Global Retail Connections, providing conference development, planning logistics, sponsorship, and exhibit sales for international associations in Mexico, Brazil, China, and Spain. Other associations where Tatiana left her mark include National Retail Federation, Food Marketing Institute, and Special Libraries association. 

Tatiana is fluent in Spanish, has a conversational knowledge of Portuguese and a basic understanding of French. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling with family, cooking, and giving back to the community. She celebrates her Bolivian culture by participating in various parades and ethnic celebrations, performing Bolivian folkloric dances.
