Shanae McFadden

Director, Meetings and E-Learning

Shanae McFadden is responsible for the logistical planning and execution of CHPA’s meetings, events, and conferences. She is also responsible for maintaining CHPA Academy, CHPA’s leading resource for consumer healthcare industry education.

Prior to CHPA, she worked in the non-profit sector developing fundraiser events. Shanae McFadden is an award-winning dynamic force in the business events industry. Being awarded “Rising Star” in 2018 Smart Meetings Magazine and most recently PCMA’s 20 in their 20s award recipient. She has served as Co-chair on the PCMA Capital Chapter Marketing Committee and serves on the ASAE YPAC Committee. She is also a member of CHPA’s Diversity Equity and Inclusion Steering Team.

She graduated from Delaware State University with a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality and Tourism Management. She has received her CMP (Certified Meeting Professional) certification and her DES (Digital Event Strategist) certification.
