Esme-Thea Sanders (she / her) is an Engagement Leader in MLT’s Advisory practice. At MLT, she works closely with business leaders to provide guidance and accelerate DEI progress at their organizations. Esme brings with her 5 yearsof DEI experience and a total of 10 years of corporate experience supporting organizations of various sizes across industries. Experienced in communicating complex problems, she has built a reputations as an analytical people personwith a forte for supporting teams through change. Esme holds a BA from Howard University and an MBA from Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business.
