At Johnson & Johnson, she rose to the ranks of President and Chief Strategy Officer and is known for leading one of the most successful turnarounds in the company’s history.
Denice has served as a keynote speaker for many Fortune 500 companies in the areas of leadership, transformations, and diversity. As a result of her work, she has received my awards and is often featured in popular media.
Wildly passionate about the power of diversity, Denice began a non-profit organization, The Mentoring Place, to provide free executive mentoring to women. As a woman who is gay, Hispanic, and mom to an incredible daughter with cerebral palsy, Denice knows the power of celebrating and leveraging differences.
