  • Make plans to join us March 22-24, 2020, at the Ritz-Carlton Orlando, in Orlando, Florida for CHPA's Annual Executive Conference (AEC). AEC is the industry’s leading event, convening the nation’s top consumer healthcare executives for two days of unparalleled networking and insightful education sessions. This year's theme will focus on Business as (Un)Usual.

    In response to member feedback, we have made some exciting changes to the AEC schedule this year. We have added additional networking time and kept the shortened schedule to allow attendees to maximize their AEC experience. This updated schedule will provide ample networking time and high-impact educational sessions.

    2020 AEC Schedule:

    • Our meeting will officially kick off with the Opening Night Reception & Dinner on Sunday evening, and conclude with a business appointments on Tuesday.
    • The golf tournament will be held on Sunday afternoon.
    • We have added a new block of time for networking on Sunday afternoon from 2:00-5:00 p.m.
    • An orientation for first-time attendees and new members and a CHPA Women’s Leadership Forum session will be held late Sunday afternoon.
    • The CHPA Leadership Session will be held Monday morning, and there will be several speakers on Monday and Tuesday who will inspire leaders to think differently about what their companies need to do to grow and succeed in this rapidly evolving self-care environment.
    • A reception, hosted by CHPA’s board of directors, will be held Monday evening, and the rest of the evening will be open for member networking/dinners.
