  • How to Register for the Conference

    Please Note: CHPA's 2018 Supply Chain Conference is a members-only event. If you are unsure if your company is a member of CHPA, please contact Phyllis Taylor by email or call 202-429-3549.

    Register online or complete and send the CHPA Marketing Conference Registration Form with payment to CHPA by email scan, fax, or mail. Phone registrations are NOT accepted.

    Plan Ahead: Election Day is November 6.
    VOTE! Since you will not be home on election day there are ways you can still cast your ballot in advance. Here’s how:

    Take advantage of early voting options, where available.
    Request an absentee ballot.

    Associate Member Early-Bird Registration Fee $895
    Manufacturer Member Early-Bird Registration $795

    Standard Registration Fees after September 24, 2018
    Associate Registration Fee $995
    Manufacturer Registration Fee $895

    Cancellation Policy
    Cancellations received no later than October 8, 2018 will receive a full refund. Cancellations received after October 8, 2018 will receive a refund of 50% of the registration fee. Cancellations received after October 29, 2018 will result in the forfeiture of the entire registration fee.
