    CHPA’s OTC 101 seminar will equip you with the facts and tools you need to better understand the OTC industry in order to succeed. Whether you are brand new to the industry or interested in going “back to basics”, this seminar will cover:

    • The state of the OTC industry
    • Understanding the OTC consumer & key industry influencers
    • FDA oversight of OTC drug products, regulations, and classifications of drugs
    • Labeling regulations and requirements, including a deeper dive on the Drug Facts label and OTC Monograph System
    • The Rx-to-OTC switch process and why switch is an industry growth driver
    • Marketing and advertising OTC products, including claims substantiation and social media regulations
    • An overview on dietary supplements, medical devices, and cosmetics

    This seminar is open to all CHPA members and non-members.
