Accomplished Government Affairs Executive to Head CHPA Federal Affairs

Washington, D.C. (December 1, 2016) — The Consumer Healthcare Products Association (CHPA) announces that Marc Schloss has joined the organization as Senior Director and Head of Federal Government Affairs where he will be responsible for developing and implementing federal lobbying strategies on behalf of CHPA and member companies.

Schloss, MarcSchloss is an experienced and accomplished executive with two decades of experience in federal government affairs. He began his career in the office of Senator Edward M. Kennedy as a legislative aide and later advanced to a series of increasingly responsible positions at the Democratic National Committee, Senator Evan Bayh's Political Action Committee, Van Scoyoc Associates, Inc., the Center for American Progress, and the National Association of Chain Drug Stores. Most recently, he served in a leadership role at Mylan on their Congressional outreach efforts.
