The CHPA Educational Foundation’s Board of Directors has decided to move the 2020 Gala to a virtual platform. While we hoped we would be able to bring the consumer healthcare products industry together at the Plaza this November, the risks associated with COVID-19 are too high for our attendees, award finalists, foundation staff, and Plaza staff to safely have an in-person event. Rest assured we are in the process of building a virtual experience on November 18 that will be reflective of our Gala programming, a high energy event with networking and interactive opportunities.

We will be postponing the OTC Marketing Awards to 2021; however, with the 2020 virtual program, we will still be recognizing key foundation partners who have supported our important mission to promote responsible self-care, which has proved to be even more critical this year.

We value your support of the CHPA Educational Foundation and we hope that you will save the date to join our virtual celebration this fall. More information about the program and how to register will be available soon. In the meantime, if you have any questions, please reach out to Foundation Director Mary Leonard. About the CHPA Educational Foundation Gala

The CHPA Educational Foundation Gala is the foundation’s main fundraising event held in the fall. More than 300 attendees from 95 CHPA member companies and healthcare organizations attend the gala to celebrate the foundation’s important work, recognize key partners who have made significant strides to advance public education around the responsible use of OTC medicines, and celebrate marketing innovation in the industry through the OTC Marketing Awards.
