CHPA, MediRegs Launch New Regulatory Information Service

Washington, D.C. (February 22, 2006)—The Consumer Healthcare Products Association and MediRegs, Inc., are pleased to announce their new partnership in providing regulatory information resources.

"We’re delighted to have found a partner for our regulatory libraries," said Eve E. Bachrach, CHPA Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary. "Thanks to MediRegs, our members and other groups with an interest in the regulation of the drug industry can subscribe to a user-friendly, full-text searchable, complete, and continuously updated collection of the OTC information covered in our Compilation of Regulations, plus they can subscribe to MediRegs’ full Pharmaceutical Regulation Suite of legal and regulatory information."

CHPA’s popular member-only service, the Electronic Link Finder (ELF), will be hosted by MediRegs, and the content from the multi-volume CHPA Compilation of OTC Drug and Dietary Supplement Regulations, will now be available exclusively through MediRegs online.

"Having CHPA’s Comp of Regs dating back to the start of the OTC Review fills out an essential niche in our offerings, and we’re delighted to be working with CHPA," said Louise Zornoza, MediRegs.

Individuals interested in subscription information should contact MediRegs’ Steven Lefar at (800) 808-6800.
